How to Use ItLink to this section
GenStr.exe Aag1! LENGTH [COUNT]
GenStr.exe Aag1 12 5
GenStr.exe Aag1! 16Parameter | Meaning |
|---|---|
A | Include uppercase A to F. |
a | Include lowercase a to f. |
g or G | Extend the letters to the full alphabet. Works only together with A and/or a. |
1 | Include digits. |
! | Include special characters. |
LENGTH | Length of each string. |
COUNT | Number of strings to generate. Optional, default 1. |
The option letters are case-sensitive except g. Each string is printed on its own line.
Note: the special character set includes the space character, so a generated string can contain spaces. If the options contain none of A, a, 1 or !, for example g on its own, GenStr loops forever.
