VBS implementation of REG.exe for use in GPOs

Usage: REG.vbs /Action:ADD|/Action:DELETE /Key:REGISTRYKEY [/Value:REGISTRYVALUE] [/DATA:REGISTRYVALUEDATA] [/TYPE:REGISTRYVALUETYPE]

Examples:REG.vbs /Action:ADD /Key:HKLM\Software\Test /Value:TestValue /Data:TestData /Type:REG_SZ
